The Service Support Specialist will assist the service department in dispatching, customer service, and completion of generator warranty & new unit start-ups.
Responsibilities:
•Schedule all national account start-ups assigned to KGE by Generac
•Provide support to our contractors, customers, and factory representatives
•Utilize in-house software to submit appropriate documentation for payment by Generac
•Utilize Generac website to pull credit memos and invoice jobs
•Assist with dispatching technicians to assigned projects
•Support the service team as needed
•Rotate in after hours on-call rotation
•Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to develop relationships with co-workers & vendors
•Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent time management skills
Education/Experience:
•1 year experience in customer service, administrative or related field
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
