Position Overview OneSource Restoration, a leader in emergency storm response services, is seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to support our daily and storm response operations. As a Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and management of new recruits, contributing directly to our mission of responding effectively during emergencies.

Primary Responsibilities

•

Perform accurate data entry for new recruits into the company database.

•

Contact new recruits to provide the necessary on-boarding information and guidance.

•

Delegate recruits to the appropriate Lead or Manager for further training and integration.

•

Be available during emergency storm responses to provide immediate administrative support which would include being available outside normal office hours.

Key Qualifications:

•

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•

Adaptability to respond to a storm call at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on storm activity.

•

Ability to work outside of regular office hours and manage shifting priorities during emergency situations.

•

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines quickly and efficiently.

•

Proactive mindset and competency in problem-solving to anticipate and address challenges effectively.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Prior experience in administrative support or recruiting is a plus.
