SUMMARY
The position will provide an exceptional experience for our customers by acting as a guide and offering support during each step of the account set up process. While communicating and partnering with our sales and service teams, you will work to ensure each customer has a positive experience.
DUTIES
•Work closely with our sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience
•Always maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers to ensure customer satisfaction
•Send and process new customer applications and other required paperwork; answer customer questions relating to these documents
•Process credit checks, explain credit limits and take payments
•Order appliances and assist in processing appliance warranties as needed
•Understand current promotional items and the correct pricing
•Follow up before and after a service installation with the customer; review details of service to be performed on the initial contact and confirm customer satisfaction on the follow up after the job is done
•Assess the customer's needs and provide assistance and information on billing questions, service inquiries or other general information
•Make process workflow improvement recommendations to management
•Actively participate in training programs and community involvement events and procedures that drive sales
•Perform other office related duties as assigned.

KEY CANDIDATE SKILLS
•Associate degree in business or marketing preferred
•Proficient with Microsoft office
•1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales/Customer Service Associate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment will consist of mix of phone calls and computer related tasks to assist with the customer experience. Customer inquiries can fluctuate based on seasonal demands which can also affect office hour requirements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
