Purpose of Role: The Service Operations Administrator is responsible for working with internal teams and customers to help plan and coordinate service jobs from beginning to end. They will be coordinating and performing diverse administrative duties related to the needs of the Tucson Service Center facility in accordance with company policies and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:* Plan and Process Orders: Assist with setting up, organizing, processing, and filing of quotes, orders, and invoices. Manage the planning and scheduling for both incoming and outgoing rebuild jobs.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:* 2+ years of relevant work experience
