Operations Technology Applications Administrator

We are seeking a visionary and solution-oriented leader who will take charge of a dedicated team responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining critical applications across our Outage Management System (OMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile/Field Work Management, Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), and other essential Operational Technology (OT) applications. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of these applications, from analysis and development to configuration, quality assurance, and deployment. Additionally, you’ll oversee vendor management, solution architecture, systems integration, data management, compliance, and end-user support.

This position calls for a professional with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills to build connections across diverse teams and roles. You’ll coordinate and lead cross-departmental initiatives, support real-time operations, and contribute to emergency storm response as needed. Salary Range: $118,000.00 to $147,000.00 yearly commensurate with experience.

Job Purpose:

Oversee and lead staff and all activities related to the implementation, support and maintenance of Outage Management System (OMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile/Field Work Management, Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) and other OT related applications as assigned, including but not limited to: application analysis, development, configuration and change management; environment, quality assurance and deployment coordination; vendor management; solution architecture and systems integration; compliance, data management and end-user support.

Physical Requirements:

Also, this job occasionally will drive a company vehicle.
