Key Responsibilities
•Department Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of electricians and service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
•Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and expand our service offerings.
•Operational Oversight: Coordinate and schedule service projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of installations and repairs.jobs.mrelectric.com
•Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
•Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for service projects, monitor job profitability, and implement cost-control measures.tiello.com
