JOB SUMMARY

The Field Service Administrator is a detail-oriented professional responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Service team and ensuring efficient coordination of service activities. This role involves quoting service recommendations, managing preventive maintenance (PM) agreements, scheduling service jobs, and maintaining accurate service records. The Field Service Administrator will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
