The Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) is responsible for supporting project initiatives, supporting client solutions, and coordinating staff augmentation for key accounts within the Department of Energy, Nuclear, and other power industries. Reporting directly to the VP, the SPC ensures successful project execution by directing internal and project resources, supporting client relationships, and providing strategic technical staff augmentation solutions. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining longterm client partnerships.
- Present and promote BCP technical staff augmentation and consulting services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, management-level relationships with client projects to ensure long-term partnerships and future growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, acting as the face of BCP to resolve client issues promptly and maximize satisfaction.
- Conduct consistent and routine communication via phone, email, or other mediums with client project management teams.
- Support field contractor needs at project locations and recruit for call-by-name positions as needed.
• Collaborate with the internal recruiting teams and project clients to ensure effective communication and efficient processes, including:
- Opening new client positions with the recruiting teams.
- Preparing and submitting qualified candidates to client project management.
- Coordinating client interviews with recruiting teams and client project management.
- Managing new hire start dates with project client management and the corporate in-processing team.
- Preparing and communicating terminations with the corporate office.
- Track project status using the corporate turnover tracking spreadsheet and maintain purchase order spend reports.
- Prepare bi-weekly recruiting and client solutions reports and weekly job priorities for the recruiting teams.
- Develop non-disclosure agreements, administrative proposals, spreadsheets, and other materials as needed.
- Support company and project audits as needed.
- Organize and maintain BCP electronic system for confidential records, contracts, and project-related documents.
- Maintain and initiate field contractor “employee appreciation” spreadsheet.
- Manage BCP LinkedIn company page and develop weekly to bi-weekly LinkedIn posts.
- Support the development of marketing material for BCP.
- Bonus incentives are offered upon successful revenue achievements and shared amongst the client solutions organization
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical staff augmentation, consulting, MSP, sales, or related fields.
- PMP (preferred) or CAPM certified
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to diagnose client needs and align them with BCP service offerings.
- Proven record of accomplishment as a strong collaborator with a successful sales history and established management-level client relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and recruiting platforms (e.g., social media, job boards).
- Exceptional client management skills, including mid-level presentations, meeting facilitation, and relationship building.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to innovative technologies and service offerings relevant to the energy and nuclear sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, professional attitude and strong social aptitude for building relationships.
- Fast, proficient, and accurate written communication skills.
• Work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with availability by phone during business hours.
