- Scope Generation & Planning: Analyze client requirements to generate detailed work scopes and plans for insulation, fireproofing, and coatings projects.
- Risk Assessment & RAGAGEP: Ensure all projects comply with industry best practices and Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) through rigorous safety and quality oversight.
- Estimation & Budgeting: Responsible for "rough" and detailed job estimations, material inventory management, and successful project invoicing.
- Scaffold Management: Serve as a Scaffold Competent Person/Inspector/Erector to oversee safe access solutions across industrial sites.
- Multi-Craft Oversight: Manage the integration of diverse services, including cryogenics, ductwork, and asbestos abatement.
- Extensive PM Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale industrial projects in refineries, chemical plants, and/or power generation facilities.
- NCCER Leadership: Significant experience with NCCER certification standards, serving as a Certified Craft Instructor and Evaluator.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in interpreting P&IDs, Isometrics, and Schematics to plan field execution.
- Hazard Awareness: Deep familiarity with safe work practices in hazardous environments, including Lead and Asbestos Abatement and clean room procedures.
- Insulation Expertise: Mastery of all insulation systems, including hard insulation, metal jacketing (Aluminum, Stainless, Galvanized), and removable blankets.
- Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to manage diverse crews and maintain transparent client relationships.
