Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Payroll Analyst based in Las Vegas, NV. The Senior Payroll Analyst will oversee payroll administration, ensure compliance with payroll taxes, and manage garnishments. The role involves performing deep analysis, resolving issues with payroll processes, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and external entities to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in Payroll Administration and managing Garnishments

- Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles

- Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying and solving payroll-related issues

- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines

- Familiarity with payroll systems and software

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations is a plus

- Experience in a utilities or energy sector is desirable
