Join us in this role where you’ll operate at the frontline of OT operations, responding to incidents, restoring services, and strengthening the reliability and security of our global wind portfolio through structured troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of OT Systems within Generation Digital & Technology, where you together with your colleagues will support global offshore and onshore assets by ensuring stable, secure, and compliant OT and SCADA operations across regions and time zones.As a team, we collaborate closely, act with integrity, and share knowledge openly to ensure safe, resilient, and high‑performing operations, even under pressure.

You’ll play an important role in:

- monitoring health, security events, and operational alerts across wind assets, substations, and onshore facilities.

- triaging and responding to OT and SCADA incidents in close coordination with control room operations, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.

- performing root cause analysis on incidents and documenting preventive actions to reduce repeat events.

- conducting remote diagnostics and coordinating field or supplier interventions when required.

- maintaining accurate incident records, handovers, and runbooks to support 24/7 operations.

- contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen resilience, supplier performance, and operational standards.

To succeed in the role, you:

- have experience working with OT or SCADA systems in critical infrastructure environments, or equivalent experience.

- understand industrial control system architectures and protocols such as IEC 60870‑5‑104, Modbus/TCP, DNP3, OPC UA, or similar.

- are confident troubleshooting networks, operating systems, and system integrations in complex OT landscapes.

- communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines, regions, and suppliers.

- work in a structured and calm manner during incidents and in changing operational conditions.

- hold a degree in engineering, automation, computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Position salary range:

The salary range for this position is 117,000 to 146,000

Our salary ranges are based on position level and reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S geographic markets. Individual pay with the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can provide more details about the applicable salary range during the hiring process.

Variable Compensation: Our total rewards package may include discretionary short-term and long-term incentive opportunities based on your pay band and performance. These may be changed or suspended based on the sole discretion of the company
