As a Senior Business Development Representative, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives. This role is ideal for high-energy, competitive individuals who thrive in a goal-driven sales environment.
- Prospect and engage enterprise-level decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Enterprise AEs
- Participate in sales calls to support learning and customer experience
- Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce
- Consistently hit KPIs and performance goals- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience preferred
- Experience supporting Account Executives and qualifying opportunities
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and KPI-driven environments
- Coachable, resilient, and growth-oriented- Competitive base + uncapped commission
