We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic, Senior Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the HR function. This role partners closely with the CHRO and HR leadership team to execute enterprise-wide initiatives, manage governance and planning cycles, and ensure HR programs are aligned with broader business goals.
As a trusted advisor and operational leader, you’ll oversee strategic planning, cross-functional project management, financial oversight, and executive-level communications. You’ll help shape the future of HR by supporting transformation efforts, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the CHRO to implement HR strategy and monitor progress on key initiatives.
- Lead coordination of HR strategic plans, scorecards, and performance metrics.
- Manage HR governance activities, including HRCC and Board reporting.
- Prepare executive-level materials and advise on strategic priorities.
- Oversee HR budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
- Drive operational excellence through planning cycles, process improvements, and internal communications.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure strategic alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in HR, strategy, business operations, or project management.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence senior leaders.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience supporting senior executives or working in a strategic HR capacity.
- Familiarity with HR systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and drive results through data and insights.
