Functions and activities: Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Scheduling meetings. Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment. Maintaining order of tecninicians, arranging their work schedule, make sure they show on time to their scheduled appointments with professionalism, also in charge of supervising their job. Volunteer shadow session available to solve any questions and show around the obligations of the office. Training available on the softwares used in the office, Adobe Acrobat, GorillaDesk, And BreezeWorks.
Secretary skills preferable, thinking outside the box to fulfill position. High School diploma preferred. Filing experience and managing experience as well.
