Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary for a small construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Secretary should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties
•Must have QuickBooks Online experience
•Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
•Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
•Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
•Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
•Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
•Support team members with administrative tasks as required, acting as a personal assistant when necessary.
•Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Experience
•Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
•Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Demonstrated ability in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
•Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills are essential.
•Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
