Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Duties
•Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
•Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
•Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
•Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
•Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
•Support office management activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
•Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
•Familiarity with office management procedures and front desk operations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to multitask effectively
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks is a plus.
•Strong organizational skills
