Job Overview
Part time secretary sought for small family business. The ideal candidate will be very organized, trustworthy, and a good communicator. The position can involve working 24 hrs. or more per week (Tuesday, Thursday and another day of choice).
Responsibilities include:
•Customer service by phone and email
•Providing insurance certificates when needed
•Handle invoicing and accounts AP / AR
•Process and enter all incoming invoices
•Reconciling bank accounts and journal entries
•Provide relevant accounting reports to management
•Maintain all files and lists
•Organizational Duties in the Office
•Must be experienced with Quickbooks/Microsoft Office/Excel/Word & Outlook
•Must be proficient with Microsoft Word
•Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 or more per week
