We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Secretarial Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
•Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and data entry to maintain accurate records. Excel and Eniteo.
•Answer phone calls, troubleshooting orders and expediting shipments to customers.
•Assist in organizing meetings and making inventory list and sending them out to customers.
•Support office staff in shipping and organizing the local deliveries.
•Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments.
Skills
•Proficient in computer applications and office software for effective document creation and management.
•Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
•Excellent phone etiquette to represent the organization positively during interactions.
•Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
