- Spark new conversations and generate high-quality business opportunities across the North American mining sector, building a strong, durable pipeline.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with industry leaders - listening closely to their operational challenges and translating them into tailored, defensible solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Partner closely with the Sales Director to drive the full sales cycle forward - from prospecting and qualification to strategy, negotiation, and close.
- Represent Cascadia at industry events and major mining trade shows, expanding our network, strengthening relationships, and positioning us at the center of the industry conversation.
- Maintain a disciplined and accurate pipeline, forecast, and customer records using leading CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Environmental Sustainability, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience - ideally within the mining industry.- A natural ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at every level of an organization.
- Strong experience with CRM and sales enablement tools - you understand that great execution requires great systems.
- A proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions that drive real, measurable results.
We believe great work happens through collaboration. While we offer flexibility, we value in-person connections and prefer candidates who can spend up to three days per week in the office. - Base salary: CAD $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
- On-target earnings: CAD $90,000 - $100,000
