We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager who can articulate value fluently, understand the importance of trust in business relationships, and tailor the value proposition to different stakeholders within complex oil and gas organizations. You’ll play a key role in bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to operators worldwide, driving adoption of AI/ML by translating technical capabilities into clear business value for operators.


Your Impact

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts across the Americas, focusing on high-value client relationships, strategic account development, and commercial growth. You will work closely with both technical and product teams to align client needs with the unique capabilities of our AI solutions, ensuring business outcomes are achieved.


Key Responsibilities

Own and execute sales objectives across the Americas region.
Engage with regional operators to position and promote Exebenus solutions.
Develop proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close strategic deals.
Manage and forecast sales pipeline; report KPIs to leadership.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a long-term trusted advisor.
Travel to customer sites or industry events as needed (typically 1–2 weeks per trip).


Your Profile

Proven success in selling technical solutions to oil and gas operators, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and decision-making dynamics within energy companies.
Strong network in Gulf of Mexico drilling or digital operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into commercial value.
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Bonus: experience in oilfield services, drilling engineering, or real-time operations.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Curious, proactive, and self-driven while comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
