Job Summary: Responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and managing client relationships within the residential real estate sales sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of home sales processes, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
•Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share
•Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, providing regular feedback and guidance
•Create a motivated and results-driven environment within the sales team
Customer Relationship Management:
•Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, builders, developers, and other stakeholders
•Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
•Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to residential real estate or home products
Market Analysis:
•Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product offerings
•Provide insights to senior management regarding market opportunities and potential threats
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
•Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
•Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions where necessary
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline developments
Collaboration:
•Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and campaigns
•Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and other parties as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
Sales Operations Management:
•Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and a high conversion rate
•Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional offers
•Monitor inventory levels or property availability and communicate with clients regarding timelines
Skills & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home sales, real estate, or a related industry
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
•Knowledge of CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office Suite
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
•Negotiation & Closing Skills
Working Conditions:
•Occasional weekend or after-hours work required
•May occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat
•Work may require frequent site visits to properties
