Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative / Kitchen Designer to join our expanding team.
This role is focused on identifying construction and development projects, submitting kitchen design proposals, and closing high-value B2B deals for premium kitchen packages.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, builders, and general contractors and is confident managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to final contract.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prospect and develop relationships with real estate developers, GCs, architects, and builders
•Identify and bid on new residential and commercial construction projects
•Prepare proposals, specs, drawings, and pricing for kitchen packages
•Participate in tenders and assist in closing multi-unit kitchen installation deals
•Represent the company with professionalism and product expertise

Required Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in construction, interiors, or kitchen design
•Strong understanding of kitchen components: cabinetry, countertops, appliances
•Experience preparing bids, specs, and participating in developer-level sales
•Ability to read architectural plans and project documents
•Strong communication and follow-up skills
•Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

•Existing contacts in the construction/developer market
•Familiarity with SketchUp, 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar
•CRM usage (Buildertrend, Houzz Pro, etc.)
•Multi-family or luxury residential experience
•Business-level English proficiency
