Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Northern PWR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to promote solar energy solutions across the greater Edmonton area. Building your book of business in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will engage with homeowners to understand their needs and provide tailored solar solutions that enhance their energy efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Run pre-set appointments and engage potential customers through various channels to promote solar energy solutions.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.


Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably selling in in-home environments. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a bonus.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Demonstrated ability in outside sales and business development.
Familiarity with account management practices is an asset.
Determined mindset with the ability to maintain enthusiasm in spite of handling rejection from time to time.
