Duties

Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

•

Basic math skills for processing transactions and understanding pricing structures.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing market landscape.

•

Familiarity with sales management tools or CRM systems is advantageous but not required.
