In this role, you will support Engineered Performance growth in the industrial and power generation sectors. The candidate will assist in generating leads, supporting account management, and executing sales strategies under the guidance of senior staff.

The position this job reports to the VP of Sales & Commercial, for Engineered Performance.
The initial starting annual compensation will range from $84,300 - $96,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time; must be able to handle long periods of computer screen time.
This is a full time position that requires 40 working hours a week. We offer the option of working remotely or a flexible hybrid office schedule. Extended working hours may be required during periods of high workload or major projects. Occasional travel required as needed to attend trade shows or visit customer locations.
All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a pre-employment drug screening.
All employees have the responsibility to both the customer and their co-workers to do the job right the first time, and to ensure the business needs are being met. NAES evaluates performance throughout the year. Performance reviews are completed on an annual basis.
