What You'll Do:
•Connect with homeowners and explain the benefits of switching to solar
•Follow up on warm leads and build your own referral network
•Make sales calls, deliver online presentations, and create proposals
•Manage your sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools
•Work with our support teams to ensure great service for each client
•Meet personal and team sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
•Strong communication and people skills
•Comfortable making up to 100 calls per day
•Detail-oriented and able to manage time and tasks well
•Experience in sales is preferred, but not required
•Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
•Willing to travel for in-person client meetings (75% travel expected)
•Motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow
