What We’re Looking For:

You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of Sales procedure. You enjoy tackling challenges and won’t leave any stone unturned to find the best solution for the situation at hand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities

- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient Sales skills, with an understanding of sales processes and strategies

- Exceptional Organization Skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficiency in common office software and sales management tools is an advantage

- Experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Tualatin, OR. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll need to provide service for the sales support for Residential BESS.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Help support the sales team in daily tasks, including handling customer inquiries, maintaining an organized and streamlined workflow, managing CRM, creating sales orders and assisting with client interaction to deliver excellent customer service.

- Coordinate sales information, track inventory, and collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve operations efficiency.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

- Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.

- The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,

- Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

- The worker is required to have visual acuity in order to perform activities at distances close to the eyes.

- The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available.
