What You’ll Do

As the Sales Administration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless sales operations, from initial customer inquiries to post-sale service. You will oversee a dynamic Customer Service and Inside Sales team, ensuring efficient order management, accurate processing, and outstanding customer support.

Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our existing sales order process while managing all sales administration activities. This includes coordinating with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and enhancing sales processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will also play a key role in sales forecasting and performance analytics, using data to drive strategic decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Beyond sales operations, you will lead and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture while implementing best practices for continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
