Today we opened the doors to add to our team a Sales Manager with a strategic mindset, leadership spirit and strong results orientation. This role is key to leading, motivating and scaling our sales teams, ensuring steady and sustainable growth.

What we look for in you:

Solid experience leading field sales teams (ideally in the roofing or construction industry).

Mastery of sales processes in both projects with insurance (storm restoration, claims management) and private facilities without coverage.

Ability to design and implement effective business strategies, with clear performance indicators.

Advanced coaching and leadership skills: you are motivated to train leaders, not just salespeople.

Mastery of the full sales cycle: from prospecting, closing, to after-sales and referrals.

Focus on team culture, ongoing coaching and talent development.

Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Entrepreneurial, resilient and solution-oriented attitude.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

Experiencia sólida liderando equipos de ventas en campo (idealmente en la industria de techado o construcción).

Dominio de procesos de venta tanto en proyectos con seguro (storm restoration, claims management) como en instalaciones privadas sin cobertura.

Capacidad para diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas, con indicadores de rendimiento claros.

Habilidades avanzadas de coaching y liderazgo: te motiva formar líderes, no solo vendedores.

Dominio del ciclo completo de ventas: desde la prospección, el cierre, hasta la postventa y referidos.

Enfoque en cultura de equipo, entrenamiento continuo y desarrollo de talento.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
