We are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead sales operations at Liva Forming, a fast-growing company specializing in custom metal fabrication and architectural metal solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B technical or construction-related sales and is eager to contribute to the growth of a high-quality, client-focused business.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share in the metal fabrication and architectural products sector.
•Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
•Manage relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
•Oversee the full sales cycle: from lead generation and quoting to closing contracts and maintaining post-sale relationships.
•Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and report progress.
•Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client needs are communicated effectively and met on time.
•Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
•Negotiate pricing and contracts that align with company goals and customer expectations.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or metal fabrication industries.
•Understanding of architectural metal products such as flashings, panels, and CNC-cut elements is a strong asset.
•Proficient in CRM systems for tracking sales performance and forecasting.
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
•Comfortable working in both office and field environments (including site visits).
