Position Summary

RoadSafe is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee core product sales, rentals, and services within assigned area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience and a proven track record in established markets. This role focuses on managing sales and marketing strategies, meeting revenue targets, growing the sales pipeline, and expanding the customer base. Success will be measured through revenue, profitability, order conversion, pipeline development, and customer engagement.

Product Focus

The Sales Manager will manage a range of products, including but not limited to crash cushions, truck-mounted attenuators, TMA truck rentals and sales, and roadside delineators.
