Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager & Manager of Install to lead our further expansion into the Lincoln, NE market. This unique role combines sales leadership with hands-on installation responsibilities, The successful candidate will oversee a team of two sales representatives, manage installation projects, and drive the growth of our Lincoln office.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Lincoln market.
•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two sales representatives focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
•Oversee and participate in the installation of custom windows, doors, and siding projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines
Operational Development:
•Establish and manage the Lincoln office.
•Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and high performance.
•Collaborate with the corporate office to align local operations with company policies and standards.
•Represent Pinnacle Windows & Restoration at local events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the windows, doors, or siding industry.
•Hands-on installation experience with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
