Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our store team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. - Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase store visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.
- Proven experience in retail sales management with supervising or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and marketing principles.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff.
