Power Systems West has sold and serviced small engines and generators throughout the Western United States since 1955 through five locations and a network of more than 500 dealers. Power Systems West locations include Portland, Oregon, Boise, Idaho, Seattle, Washington, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver Colorado. All locations offer 24/7 emergency service for power failures and unplanned outages.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for service work
- Proactively follow up on quotes to drive customer approvals
- Communicate repair scope, pricing, and driver customer approvals
- Partner with technicians, service coordinators, and parts teams to ensure repairs are ready to execute once approved
- Track and manage open quotes to meet time-to-quote and conversion targets
- Support service sales reporting and continuous improvement efforts
- Support as back up to Customer Service Advisors
- Experience in service advising, estimating, or quoting
- Background in inside sales, account management, or customer service with upselling
- Strong communication
- Experience working with technicians or in a mechanical/industrial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good project coordination or scheduling skills
- Strong organization and time management
