Remote Solar Consultant (Commission Based / Leads Provided)

Day 1, you'll have access to our 150,000+ leads as well as a robust CRM with tons of automations to make your efforts as effective as possible. Our goal is to put you in the best position to win with our tools and unlimited opportunities.

You will be Provided with:

The Role

You will prospect and receive appointments from our hard working discovery team. This is a completely work-from-home company that aims to provide remote high ticket sales opportunities to qualified and hungry candidates.

Your basic expectations will be to:

- Prospect potential clients via cold calls, texts, and emails. (Tons of automation tools provided

- Complete qualifications calls with homeowners.

- Maintain detailed records of energy reports, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

- Participate in trainings

- Participate in goal-setting and team accountability

- Complete loan and installation documents with new customers.

- Manage active projects until installation.

- Close provided demos at 35% rate.

Qualifications:

- Reliable Computer & Dedicated Workstation

- Past remote financial/solar sales experience preferred but not required

- Tech Savvy and able to learn software quickly

- Comfortable working in commission-based role

- Prior solar industry experience is not required.

- Excellent Written and Spoken Communication skills

Compensation:

- $800-$4,500/installed project

- 1st Year target earnings: $75,000

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
