We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is essential in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various industries through innovative recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in HR sourcing, and experience with a variety of ATS platforms. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building our organization’s workforce by managing the full-cycle recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, all while working remotely and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing social media management, cold calling, and lead generation techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage talent management processes including employee orientation, employee evaluation, and succession planning.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms like UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and Paychex to track applicant data and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Manage internal recruiting efforts and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for various roles including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and technical recruiting.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates through relationship management skills and ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards.
- Prepare contracts and assist with employee relations activities related to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Conduct research on industry trends and talent pools to identify new sourcing channels; leverage social media platforms for employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Support training & development initiatives by providing insights into talent acquisition best practices and participating in continuous improvement efforts.
- Proven experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and HR sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, PeopleSoft; HRIS systems like UltiPro or Kronos; payroll systems like ADP or Paychex; and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in relationship management, cold calling for lead generation, research skills for talent mapping, and training & development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills.
