- Remote monitoring of system graphs and charts to ensure seamless operations

- Assist customers with data entry tasks such as updating account information or processing transactions securely.

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills

- Experience in customer support or call center environments

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data management and documentation.

- Demonstrated analysis skills for monitoring, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
