We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. Duties
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
•Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
•Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
•Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
•Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with related policies.
•Utilize HR software such as Kronos and ADP for efficient HR management processes.
•Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
•Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.
Skills
•Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment law.
•Proficiency in payroll systems, particularly Kronos and ADP.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.
•Experience in talent management strategies to enhance workforce capabilities.
•Ability to develop training programs that meet organizational needs.
•Strong analytical skills for assessing HR metrics and making informed decisions.
