Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR practices, including payroll, benefits/retirement plan administration, recruiting and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
•Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, background checking and drug testing and onboarding new employees.
•Oversee benefits and retirement plan administration to ensure employees receive appropriate support and resources.
•Utilize HR software such as Workforce, and ProLiant, for efficient management of employee records and payroll processes.
•Handle employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
•Communicate effectively with all levels of staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a combination of education and experience;
•7-10 years experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR functions.
•Familiarity with HR software systems such as Microsoft Office, Power Point, Quickbooks, Workforce/QB time, and ProLiant is highly desirable.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
•Experience in payroll, benefits and retirement plan administration is required.
•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,924.00 - $74,195.00 per year
