Recruiting Coordinator/Processor

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR Management in supporting the company. This position carries out responsibility in the following functional areas: employee relations, onboarding/processing, recruitment/employment.
The Recruiting Coordinator performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
•Conducts processing effort for Field Construction Requisitions. Works alongside recruiter to ensure applicants arrive onsite in a timely manner.
•Processing applicants, Onboarding, safety training and background/Drug Screening, Badge Requests, as required for site facility entry.
•Maintain Personnel and Medical files for employees-
•Scan/upload employee records in employee files
•Upload medical records in employee medical files
•Send proper new hire documentation to Payroll on hire date.
•Complete I-9 and E-Verify as needed
•Other duties assigned by HR Manager and Director of Business Services
Requirements:

•Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Recruiter in Construction industry.
•Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Suite- Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
•Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills
•Professional appearance / Business casual
•Demonstrates attention to detail, professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
•Prior DISA & Safety Council set up experience a plus.
Ability to work overtime as needed/requested by management/HR.*
Working conditions are as follows:
•Position Type: Full Time
•Standard Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hour + (occasional weekends)
•Hours may vary depending on project needs
•Range: Permanent – 90-day Probation
•Travel: Minimal (maximum of 10%)
