Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within the Human Resources department, particularly in talent acquisition. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment during an enterprise-wide transformation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
•Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
•Post job openings on internal and external job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
•Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and cloud-based tools with candidate information
•Generate and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards
•Coordinate and process background checks and reference checks
•Assist with career fairs, recruitment events, and candidate outreach
•Support various HR and talent acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Skills:
•Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
•Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
•Capable of working independently and handling shifting priorities
•Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and internet-based research
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors (preferred, not required)
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and reporting tools
Education:
•High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
