Our Records Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's records throughout their full lifecyclefrom creation through to preservation and eventual disposalensuring alignment with business, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role partners with various stakeholders to design, implement, and enforce records retention policies and schedules, integrating information governance by design. It emphasizes risk analysis, regulatory compliance (including data privacy and nuclear sector standards such as NRC/DOE regulations), and practical use of records management software.
