- Part Time, Flexible Hours, Typically Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 3:30pm

- $20.00/hour and up based on experience

JOB PURPOSE:

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Manages incoming phone calls. Assists Customer Service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering incoming phone calls

Assemble and disassemble all shop floor job packets

Process ESR notifications for missing job files

Close all shop floor job packets

Load / Scan / record Customer Service / Purchasing documents

Process paint labor and issue paint pos as back up for that department

Data Entry for Customer Service / Purchasing / HR / Estimating

Mail processing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.

Requires 3 months to 1 year of administrative/office work experience.

Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and customers

Requires the ability to use a personal computer and word processing, spreadsheet, and TCM software.

It is desirable for the incumbent to have customer service experience.

TCM experience a plus
