This position will be required to work with many different departments across our organization, candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people, to include internal staff and external customers. The candidate will need to quickly adapt to changing priorities with a strong focus on employee and subcontractor management, accounts receivable, customer service and project support & coordination. This position will also manage the staffing process to include onboarding and recordkeeping related matters.
Must have computer experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other web-based platforms.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Provide administrative support to prepare reports and other deliverables.
· Answer office phones and respond to emails in a polite and professional manner.
· Assist team members in resolving issues to maintain smooth delivery of services to our clients.
· Assist other team members to resolve any emergent issues to ensure superior and uninterrupted services to our employees and utility partners.
· Performing other duties and projects as assigned.
