POSITION DESCRIPTION

KLE is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop a portfolio of project schedules using provided work breakdown structures and provided project constraints.

This position will require being in-person in Spokane, WA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Navigate and populate preliminary and working project schedules with Project Managers using scheduling software.

- Obtain timely information from key team members related to the execution of support plans, logistics coordination, changes in scope, schedule impacts, etc.

- Implement milestones into master schedules and manage the criteria and methods for exchange of schedule-related information.

- Manipulate schedules to reflect valuable and concise information specific to the intended audience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

- 2 - 4 Year College Degree in applicable field.

- Proficient with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.

- Identify & analyze critical path activities.

- Demonstrate high attention to detail.

- Possess excellent written and verbal skills.

- Enjoys working as a team and has good communication skills.

- General knowledge of schedule logic, precedence, and sequencing.

- Knowledge of specific projects is not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
