The Scheduler supports project teams by coordinating planning, scheduling, and cost tracking throughout the construction cycle. This position is ideal for someone with experience inPrimavera P6, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen eye for detail. - Salary: $110,000 - $140,000, DOE, per year paid semi monthly

- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Build resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules aligned with project budgets and execution plans.
- Define and maintain WBS structures, activity logic, constraints, and calendars.
- Ensure schedules are fully logic-driven with appropriate predecessors and successors.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules based on field feedback and project reports.
- Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for project leadership and executives.
- Conduct schedule variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project teams in baseline development and schedule revisions.
- Participate in project planning meetings and progress review meetings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Validate schedule accuracy against contract requirements and project milestones.
- Maintain baseline schedules and change control documentation.
- Assist in recovery schedule development when projects fall behind.
- Support claims analysis and time impact analysis (TIA) when required.
- Ensure compliance with company scheduling standards and best practices.
- Provide mentorship or guidance to junior schedulers, if applicable.
- Maintain historical schedule records and lessons learned.
- Perform miscellaneous duties assigned
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required
- Proficient Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, PDFs, Outlook,
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- The physical activity required for this role includes:
- Sitting for extended periods in an office environment
- Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
- Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
- Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
