Project Manager- Hardscape Construction (Subcontractor Oversight)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Hardscape Construction with a focus on subcontractor oversight. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hardscape projects, ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract requirements. Your expertise in construction management and project scheduling will drive project success from inception to completion. Duties

- Manage multiple hardscape projects simultaneously

- Coordinate with construction developers and site supervisors

- Create project timelines and track milestones

- Schedule crews, subcontractors, and materials

- Monitor job site progress and ensure quality standards

- Track budgets, change orders, and project costs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally

Skills

- 3+ years of project management experience in construction (hardscape, site work, landscaping, or related field preferred)

- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and field operations

- Experience working with developers or general contractors

- Ability to manage subcontractors and crews

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

- Ability to read blueprints and project plans preferred

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
