Campos Fabrication in Amherst, NH is hiring! We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our production projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, great communication skills and a proven track record in exceeding client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating resources, maintaining alignment with delivery and budget expectations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Execution:

- With assistance, develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinate and oversee all project activities to ensure they align with organizational goals.

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and obstacles.


- Team Leadership:

- Assist in leading cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment.

- Delegate tasks effectively as needed, providing guidance and support to team members.

- Ensure the team's adherence to project timelines and quality standards.


- Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and expectations.

- Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.


- Resource Management:

- Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

- Optimize resource allocation to ensure project success while maintaining cost-effectiveness.


- Quality Assurance:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.


EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or another technical field.

- 1-3 years of experience in the utility, construction, or manufacturing

- Basic knowledge of construction, industry codes and standards

- Prior exposure to project management is a must

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus

- Experience with natural gas is a plus

SALARY: 80-90K/YR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

CONTACTS

- This position requires regular contact with employees on the fabrication floor and regular contact with client employees.
