Coates Field Service, Inc. seeks a full-time in-office Project Finance Analyst to provide finance and accounting support to our Project Accounting Group. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and a motivated “can-do” attitude to support our operations team.
- Prepare and analyze project financial estimates. Monitor and report actuals to project estimates.
- Responsible for project set up in the project management and ERP systems.
- Communicate project spend authorizations with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts for clients.
- Manage reporting of project spend, burn rates, and ratios as needed.
- Coordinate project information sharing with stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure project control so that information is properly captured, reported and disseminated to stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Prefer 1 to 3 years related project finance / accounting experience.
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP Software or other project-based systems is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
