Project Analyst

We’re looking for a thoughtful, organized, and curious Project Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep projects moving smoothly from planning through execution, working closely with managers and cross‑functional partners to make sure everything stays on track, on time, and within budget. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and supporting teams, you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our projects run. You’ll help build project plans, maintain documentation, and support program governance. You’ll also dig into data to understand performance, create dashboards and reports that tell a clear story, and flag risks or issues before they become roadblocks. A big part of your day will involve keeping communication flowing — coordinating meetings, sharing updates, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work.

You’ll also help monitor budgets, identify variances, and collaborate with the finance team when something needs attention. When challenges pop up, you’ll help troubleshoot and keep things moving. Beyond individual projects, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to broader initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. If you enjoy using statistical methods to analyze data and building tailored analytics for different audiences, you’ll have plenty of room to flex those skills.

We don’t expect you to check every box — what matters most is your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, work well with others, and bring a problem‑solving mindset to your work. Required Qualifications:

- - Bachelor’s degree in business or relatable field

- Proficient with MS excel, power point, word

- Experience using ERP systems

- Experience in project controls, operations

- 3+ years of experience with data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

- - Proficient with MS power suite (power query, Power BI)

- Experience with managing SharePoint data

- Experience in creating tailored analytics reports and dashboards

- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging tools in project management and analytics within the utility industry

This role is designated as remote/hybrid, giving you the flexibility to primarily work from home while staying actively connected to your team and projects. Benefits & Salary:

- This position pays between $75,000 and $140,000 annually and is an exempt position.

- Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

- Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

- May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
